Inside Sales & Sales Support Coordinator

to help drive sales growth, support our outside sales team, and strengthen customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, generating opportunities, coordinating sales activity, and helping move deals from prospecting through proposal and close.

Key Responsibilities

Support outside sales representatives with quotes, proposals, follow‑up, and customer communications

Proactively contact customers and prospects to identify opportunities, schedule meetings, and generate leads

Follow up on open quotes, proposals, and inactive opportunities

Assist with outbound sales campaigns and customer outreach initiatives

Coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, product availability, and lead times

Manage and update opportunities, contacts, and activities within the CRM system

Help prepare customer presentations, bid documents, and sales materials

Work closely with operations and project management teams to support smooth project handoffs

Assist with recurring revenue opportunities including service agreements, monitoring, support, and managed services

Help identify cross‑sell opportunities across security, networking, communications, and infrastructure solutions

Support customer retention efforts through regular follow‑up and relationship management

Maintain organized sales documentation and administrative support for the sales department

Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales, sales support, customer service, or account coordination experience

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable making outbound calls and customer follow‑up

Strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Experience in security, technology, telecommunications, networking, or construction‑related industries is a plus
