Hybrid AEC Marketing Pro: Proposals, CRM & Events Lead

Responsibilities

Research and communicate potential proposal opportunities; understand RFP requirements; develop and proactively manage task lists and processes; update and prepare documents (resumes, project write‑ups, proposals, company services, matrices, SOQs, SF330 and other related documents); edit covers and graphics; assist in content development, review, and edit final documents; coordinate sub‑consultant documents; produce final proposals; QA/QC all work products and ensure deadlines are met.

Update and maintain written marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, brochures, templates, and project interview content.

Maintain the CRM database with opportunities, projects, clients, and contacts.

Assist with the planning and execution of company marketing events such as conferences, seminars, and other outreach events.

Update and maintain vendor registrations.

Participate in marketing professional societies or similar organizations to ensure continuous professional development and client relationship networking.

Travel for marketing representation at conferences and support regional or company‑wide marketing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, or a related field.

Experience in the AEC industry.

High degree of integrity, outgoing, supportive, and a team player.

Ability to work under tight deadlines with careful attention to detail.

Ability to balance workload, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.

Proven track record of success in marketing roles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with CRM preferred.

Physical Requirements
Functional demands include sedentary, light, and medium work. Activities involve sitting, standing, walking, climbing, lifting (up to 25 lbs floor‑to‑waist and 25 lbs waist‑to‑above), carrying objects, pushing/pulling, twisting, bending, reaching forward and overhead, kneeling, and using fine motor skills. Vision, hearing, and other sensory requirements are assessed as applicable.
