The Role
As Senior Manager, Advertising Strategy & Intelligence, you’ll act as the central AI authority within external marketing. This is a highly cross-functional, project-led role focused on strategy, experimentation, and scaling modern advertising capabilities.
You won’t be managing large teams day-to-day — instead, you’ll lead through influence, driving initiatives across a global, matrixed organization and working closely with agency partners, marketing teams, and technical stakeholders.
You’ll play a critical role in redefining how advertising performance is measured, how audiences are targeted, and how AI is operationalized across the marketing lifecycle.
What You’ll Own
The AI transformation roadmap across external marketing and advertising
Adoption and scaling of AI capabilities from pilot programs to enterprise-wide execution
Modern advertising strategies including personalization, intent-based engagement, and account-based marketing
End-to-end experimentation strategy: A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience development
Full-funnel measurement frameworks and next‑generation attribution models
Integration of audience, campaign, and business performance data into actionable insights
Cross‑functional alignment between marketing, data, and technology teams
Collaboration and orchestration of external agency partners
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
8+ years in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong experience within large, complex enterprise environments
Proven ability to drive marketing innovation through data and technology
Background in analytics, marketing science, or advertising strategy
Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis
Experience with Python or R
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
Hands‑on experience with advertising platforms, DSPs, CDPs, or ABM tools
Understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4 or similar ecosystems)
Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams on scalable solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Demonstrated career stability and progression
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in or with agency analytics / AI teams
Exposure to machine learning, LLMs, or AI‑driven marketing applications
Experience with attribution modeling and predictive analytics
Familiarity with signal-based targeting and synthetic audience development
Knowledge of agentic workflows or marketing automation frameworks
Exposure to B2B or technical/industrial sectors
