Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Meriden, CT. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, conducting training sessions, managing sales processes, and creating strategies to meet revenue objectives. The role will also include providing exceptional support and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to promote TURNKEY’s mission.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively

Exceptional customer service skills to maintain and improve client satisfaction

Proven sales abilities, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets

Experience with training and imparting product or service knowledge to teams or clients

Skills in sales management to oversee processes and guide team performance

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
