About the Role
Russell Tobin is seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Account Executive to support and grow our Corporate Recruiting business. This individual will be responsible for developing new client partnerships, managing existing accounts, and collaborating closely with recruiting teams to deliver high‑quality talent solutions across corporate functions including Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Administrative, Customer Support, and other professional services roles. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within corporate/professional services industries

Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational goals, and workforce challenges

Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate delivery and client satisfaction

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and contract execution

Conduct regular client check‑ins to ensure service excellence and identify opportunities for growth

Maintain accurate pipeline activity, sales forecasting, and account updates within CRM systems

Stay informed on market trends, hiring activity, and competitive intelligence within the staffing industry

Represent Russell Tobin professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Meet and exceed individual revenue and business development goals

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management preferred

Experience supporting corporate/professional staffing lines is highly preferred

Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
