Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Downstream – Spine Biomaterials to join our Spine Global Growth Marketing Department in Raynham, MA. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Downstream – Spine Biomaterials and will drive the commercial execution of the spine biomaterials portfolio, both in the United States and globally.
Responsibilities

Execute commercial strategies for the spine Biomaterials portfolio to achieve business plans, including synthetic bone graft products such as FIBERGRAFT, FIBERGRAFT Aeridyan and any future new product introductions.
Partner with upstream marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, professional education, regional partners and others to develop and lead commercial strategies, portfolio management and launch excellence for spine biomaterials worldwide.
Support and develop sustainable relationships with worldwide key opinion leaders, sales teams, marketing teams, and regional leadership.
Lead surgeon and FSO engagement strategy through societies, study groups, research, and professional education partnerships.
Create marketing materials, manage through copy approval processes, and work with partners to disseminate through multiple channels.
Gather feedback from global FSOs and regional business partners to assess the spine biomaterials market and provide market intelligence to upstream marketing, R&D, business development and other functions to inform strategy.
Partner with commercial leaders to develop and drive growth strategies at the surgeon, account, healthcare system, GPO/IDN, and other levels.
Develop spine biomaterials portfolio market models and inform demand planning models, including revenue, unit, and price forecasting.
Maintain deep understanding of the full biomaterials portfolio (allograft and synthetic solutions) and competitor landscape.
Incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion efforts (e.g., Women in Spine) into commercial activities.
Qualifications

A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Candidate must have 5+ years of progressive business experience in marketing, R&D, or sales.
A minimum of 3 years of healthcare or medical device experience is preferred.
Proven strong collaboration skills to effectively partner with regional and global business partners.
Digital marketing experience is preferred.
Strong ability to connect global strategy to commercial execution.
Understanding of business processes involved in operating in the medical devices, robotics, and/or digital space.
Key performance areas include communication skills, product management, analytical skills, team orientation, and ability to influence others.
Demonstrated ability to build, test, and gain support for strategies.
Proven ability to review data sets and discern trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Creative thinking and strong customer‑centric problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to influence others.
Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a knowledgeable business partner.
Ability to work within a matrix organization and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Ability to travel up to 35%.
Base Pay

$102,000.00 – $177,100.00
Benefits

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours if residing in Colorado, 56 hours if residing in Washington).
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth or adoption of a child.
Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days).
Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
Military spouse time‑off – 80 hours per calendar year.
Pay Transparency
