Job Location : On-site, one location

Compensation : $10.50 per hour

Summary : Responsible for all aspects of leasing production at your property. This position handles selling and customer service, generating traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move‑in procedures per policies. Focus on sales and marketing: handle calls, on‑site traffic, show apartments, close leases, qualify prospects, complete paperwork, ensure timely move‑in, and comply with Fair Housing laws.

Monday to Friday, On‑call, Weekend availability

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure individual and group leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities or threats to the General Manager.

Enter lead information accurately and complete in Entrata.

Respond to rental inquiries online, in person, or over the phone quickly and effectively.

Follow up prospects via phone within 24 hours.

Meet, greet and provide tours to leasing prospects.

Understand leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability and how that informs sales and closing.

Maintain models, office, clubhouse, common areas, and the tour route to the highest standards, and report problems.

Close the leasing process by asking for the sale.

Participate in marketing and outreach efforts.

Assist in planning and hosting resident events.

Manage community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.

Execute screening procedures properly.

Prepare and execute lease agreements and related move‑in paperwork.

Collect all funds and move‑in related fees.

Support and assist all community customer service efforts.

Write and file resident service requests.

Complete other tasks as directed and assigned.

Qualifications

Effective, sales‑mindful individual.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in reading and writing English.

Computer literacy required.

Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred; multifamily housing experience preferred.

Experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred.
