We are seeking an SEO Expert who can translate complex technical offerings into a winning search strategy to drive high-quality B2B leads.
The Goal:
To increase organic visibility for high-intent technical keywords and ensure our site is the go-to resource for professionals in our field. We need an expert who understands how to capture professional "search intent."
Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO & Auditing: Optimize site health, crawlability, and performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Strategic Keyword Mapping: Identify and target "long-tail" technical queries used by engineers and decision-makers.
On-Page Optimization: Improve meta-structures, internal linking, and content hierarchy across specialized product and solution pages.
Lead-Focused Reporting: Provide monthly insights on ranking growth and traffic quality using GSC and GA4.
Required Experience

B2B Technical Background: Proven success ranking websites preferably in industrial, or highly specialized scientific niches.
Sophisticated Strategy: Ability to move beyond basic SEO to handle nuanced, professional-level subject matter.
White-Hat Approach: Focus on sustainable, long-term growth through best practices.
The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years' of technical experience
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
Proficient with Google Analytics, Semrush or equivalent and Wordpress
