ARKTOP is a luxury marketing agency serving premium brands that demand precision, creativity, and measurable performance. We have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Google and Meta.

The Role
You will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for a portfolio of luxury and premium brand clients. This is a hands‑on performance role with direct impact on client growth and agency results.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Google Ads strategy and execution: Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max

Own Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, full funnel from awareness to conversion

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ongoing ROAS optimization

Conduct keyword research, audience development, and competitor analysis

Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement via GTM and GA4

Collaborate with creative on ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations

Deliver clear, data‑driven performance reports to clients on a regular cadence

Identify account growth opportunities and proactively recommend scaling strategies

What We’re Looking For

5+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with demonstrable ROAS results

Experience managing mid-to-high five‑figure monthly ad budgets

Agency background with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

Ability to translate performance data into strategic client recommendations

Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and accountable to results

U.S.-based with availability during standard business hours

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Luxury, high‑end, or premium brand experience strongly preferred

Experience in jewelry, diamonds, or luxury watches is a significant plus

Strong eCommerce background with proven results driving online revenue

Active use of AI tools for campaign analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency

Organic social media experience (content strategy, scheduling, engagement)

Experience with Shopify or eCommerce ecosystems

Knowledge of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), or paid social strategy is a bonus

Maintaining high client satisfaction and retention

Identifying new opportunities to scale client accounts and agency revenue
