Key Information
Location: Remote, approved states Utah, North Carolina, Texas.
Training: Three weeks, 10 AM–5 PM MST, Monday‑Friday (full attendance).
Full‑time (40 hours per week) with most shifts in the afternoons/evenings.
Starting base pay: $15.00 per hour + potential bonus up to $6/hr.
Required weekend shift.
What you’ll do
Answer 2–3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform, roughly 40 chats per 8‑hour shift.
Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases (sales focus).
Reply to incoming emails or MMS as needed.
Communicate and engage with manager and team via one‑on‑one meetings, team meetings, and chat.
Request eye‑care provider prescriptions by phone when required.
Provide world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Identify and resolve problems creating a positive customer experience.
Maintain high performance metrics: revenue per chat, quality, availability, timeliness.
Abide by 1‑800 Contacts policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2–3 years minimum customer service experience.
Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
Technical proficiency and reliable internet connection (≥20 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload).
Private, dedicated workplace free from interruption.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and show up on time.
