Overview
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is hiring a high‑impact Marketing Operations Specialist for our Channel Operations team in Coopersburg or Conshohocken, PA, supporting the fast‑growing Budget Blinds channel. In this role, you’ll help drive product development, launches, and portfolio execution as part of the Shades Product Management team—directly fueling mid‑market growth. You’ll play a key role in elevating the channel experience and expanding direct‑to‑consumer capabilities, partnering cross‑functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, moves quickly, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Execute product development plans for the Budget Blinds and mid‑market channel

Support project management of product launches and key channel initiatives

Maintain the product portfolio, aligning with strategy, customer needs, and growth goals

Drive improvements to the mid‑market customer experience and direct‑to‑consumer capabilities

Deliver impactful channel communications (newsletters, trainings, creative engagement)

Build deep market, customer, and competitive insights

Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute product and channel strategies

Identify opportunities to enhance performance, engagement, and efficiency

Lead Budget Blinds convention planning and support webinars, field visits, and customer insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree

or

10+ years of relevant professional experience

Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

3–8 years of experience with web, email, and social media platforms, including analytics tools

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
