SUD Program Coordinator - Lead Clinicians & Trauma-Informed Care

Position Overview
Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator in Fargo, North Dakota.

Sign on Bonus: up to $15,000

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and clinical consultation to Licensed Addiction Counselors (LACs) within the behavioral health clinic.

Conduct quality reviews of documentation, treatment plans, and client progress notes.

Participate in peer reviews, service outcome evaluations, and assist with development and implementation of program policies and procedures.

Work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered treatment strategies.

Ensure services meet industry standards, adhere to organizational policies, and are delivered with clinical expertise and compassion.

Qualifications

Current licensure as an Addiction Counselor by the North Dakota Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners.

At least 3 years of licensed addiction counseling experience.

Strong clinical knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, 42CFR, NDCC, and licensure requirements for SUD services.

Ability to provide clinical supervision.

Valid ND driver’s license and completion of a defensive driving course.

Location and Travel
Position utilizes a blended workplace model. Must be able to travel to meet clients at their location. A state fleet vehicle will be available for use when traveling.
