Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is a multi‑tasking, organized individual with a dual passion for creativity and strategy, coupled with excellent oral and written presentation skills. Pivoting effortlessly through the ever‑evolving landscape of social media, new design trends, and marketing techniques for emails, SMS, and websites is essential to success. Flexibility with work assignments and the ability to organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously within short time frames are required. This is a full‑time, in‑house position located in our Rochester, New York office.
Responsibilities
Collaborate to co‑manage our social media presence, ensuring a synchronized brand voice across all channels
Align campaigns, share insights, and distribute tasks efficiently
Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy
Understand and differentiate between the unique voices of our brands
Ensure that strategies, posts, and engagement are tailored appropriately to each brand's identity and audience
Be proactive in engaging followers across our social media platforms and respond to inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner
Organize and execute contests to bolster our social media footprint
Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning emails, SMS, and website, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels
Test and analyze email and SMS campaigns for effectiveness, making data‑driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates
Collaborate with web design and content teams to ensure the website reflects current marketing campaigns and promotions
Conduct daily assessments of competitor pricing and collaborate with management to decide on pricing implementations
Set up, monitor, and analyze social media ad campaigns on different platforms (including Reddit, Pinterest, and Meta)
Assist in the set‑up and optimization of Google Ads, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives
Utilize analytic tools to provide regular reports on ad performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
Actively participate in coffee forums, keeping an eye out for potential marketing avenues
Oversee the distribution of press releases and choose the best platforms for dissemination
Foster cross‑platform collaboration with our partner brands
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, including Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance
Experience with content management systems, particularly Shopify, and familiarity with email marketing platforms, notably Klaviyo
Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team settings
