Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the organization's social media presence by creating and executing content strategies, managing social media accounts, and optimizing content to drive engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, analyzing social media metrics to enhance performance, and collaborating with teams to align social media strategies with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong skills in Communication, Writing, and engagement techniques
Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
Creative thinking and ability to adapt content to different target audiences
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with financial services or fintech is advantageous
