Graphic Design & Social Media Creative

The Graphic Design & Social Media Creative supports the organization by creating visually engaging content for social media campaigns, events, programs, and community outreach initiatives. This volunteer plays a key role in helping the organization maintain a strong and professional digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics, flyers, social media posts, promotional materials, and event visuals
Create branded templates for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Assist with visual storytelling that highlights youth programs, community impact, and upcoming events
Collaborate with staff to brainstorm campaign concepts and creative ideas
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
Help develop content calendars and support social media engagement efforts
Resize and adapt graphics for multiple platforms and formats
Stay updated on social media and design trends to help improve audience engagement
Preferred Skills
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design platforms
Creativity and strong visual communication skills
Basic understanding of social media branding and marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in nonprofit work, youth empowerment, and community outreach
