When someone is involved in an accident, they are usually frustrated, stressed, overwhelmed, or confused. Your role is to help make the experience feel organized, calm, professional, and human.

At J&L Auto Body, communication matters.

We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

Call and update customers on repair progress.

Communicate with insurance-related customers regarding timelines and status updates.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.

Help greet and assist walk-in customers.

Keep communication clear, friendly, and organized.

Help ensure customers never feel forgotten or left in the dark.

Support the front office with day-to-day communication tasks.

Qualifications

Strong communicator with a positive personality.

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Organized and dependable.

Comfortable with phones, computers, and technology.

Professional but personable.

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Someone who follows through and takes ownership.

You do NOT need automotive or collision repair experience. We can teach the industry side. We care far more about attitude, communication, professionalism, and energy.
