Multi-skilled Craftsman – Ace Handyman Services - East Orlando needs your expertise! We are one of Orlando's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We service homes and businesses throughout East Orange County with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.
If you are looking for a W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further! We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in East Orlando and nearby areas.
Your potential income can range from

$22 to $25

per hour. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities

Perform repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects for homes and businesses, inside and outside.
Travel to job sites in East Orlando and nearby areas using your own vehicle.
Provide high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service to clients and coordination with management and office personnel.

Job Requirements

Craftsman with a strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and broad knowledge of trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with various clients and team members.
Own a standard set of tools to perform the above trades.
Own truck or van with current and valid auto insurance coverage.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Residence within a 10-mile radius of Avalon Park (FL 32828).
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong documentation and invoicing abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs. overhead.
Qualifications

Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
Current and valid driver’s license
Residence within 10-mile radius of Avalon Park (FL 32828)
