Senior Business Development & Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Account Manager. This is a high-impact, hybrid/in-office role designed for a "professionally driven operator" who thrives on both sides of the house: opening new logos and quarterbacking long-term client success. You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership to monetize the dense SoCal market and scale our global service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Leverage your existing Orange County and broader SoCal network to identify and sign $5M–$50M B2B operators.
End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead discovery calls, scope custom service tiers (from contact rate consulting to enterprise managed dialing), and close high-value contracts.
Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary post-signature "quarterback." Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), drive account expansion, and ensure long-term retention.
Service Integration: Sell and implement our full suite of solutions, including BPO outbound dialing, branded content/SEO placements, and AI-driven speed-to-lead automation.
Market Ambassadorship: Represent LeadAdvisors at industry events, BNI meetings, and client dinners across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with our global operations teams (Philippines, Egypt, Mexico) to ensure client expectations align with offshore execution.
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Experience selling BPO, lead generation, digital agency services, or sales outsourcing. You should be able to point to specific deals and account growth.
The "SoCal Rolodex": You possess a deep, active network of SMB to mid-market operators in Southern California (Financial Services, Insurance, Solar, Legal, or Debt).
Technical Literacy: A firm understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, contact rates, conversion rates, and unit economics.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are self-directed, professional, and operate with the ownership mentality of a founder.
Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex BPO and AI automation services into ROI-focused solutions for C-suite executives.
