About This Role
Togetherwork is seeking an Account Executive to expand our customer base by identifying, engaging, and closing high‑value prospects. This role focuses on acquiring multi‑location businesses, large national organizations, and private‑equity backed companies.
You’ll play a key role in driving new logo growth through a proactive, consultative sales approach—leveraging outbound outreach, video meetings, and in‑person engagements. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a results‑oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing complex deals.
What You’ll Do
Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows
Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned market
Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges
eeds and effectively communicating
Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Conduct phone and web‑based sales presentations and product demos
Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle
Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry tradeshows (2‑3 times per year)
What You’ll Bring
2‑3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred
Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound and outbound sales motion, including proactive cold prospecting
Proven ability to self‑generate pipeline through outbound outreach in addition to converting inbound or trial‑based leads
Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience operating in a high‑velocity sales environment where speed‑to‑lead and responsiveness impact results
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to balance inbound demand and outbound pipeline creation
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self‑starter who takes initiative and performs well with limited direction
Success‑driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment
Coachable, resilient, and comfortable receiving direct feedback
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without requiring current or future employer sponsorship of any kind, including but not limited to OPT, STEM OPT, H‑1B, or any other visa classification
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to industry trade shows as needed

Base Salary: Competitive
Commission: Performance‑based, uncapped
