About the Associate Director, Paid Media & Analytics
Manhattan Strategies is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media & Analytics to lead and grow two of our most essential practices. The best-fit candidate has deep expertise across paid media platforms and analytics frameworks, including campaign architecture, measurement methodology and performance optimization. In partnership with the Data & Automation Engineer, this role will help shape scalable analytics and reporting frameworks across the organization.
You are a builder and operator who thrives at the intersection of media, measurement and strategy. You are equally comfortable inside a buying platform, a BI tool and a client boardroom. Given the always-on nature of paid media and reporting, this role requires flexibility and responsiveness outside of standard hours when client needs arise. Key Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership: Oversee and grow the Paid Media and Analytics practices, ensuring consistent quality, methodology, and innovation across both disciplines.
- Client Strategy & Counsel: Serve as a senior strategic partner for clients across all industries, translating business objectives into integrated paid media and measurement plans.
- Campaign Management: Lead the strategy, planning, and oversight of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, Google, programmatic, and others), ensuring strong performance against KPIs.
- Analytics & Measurement: Develop and implement analytics frameworks, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure that connect activity to business outcomes for clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports, providing performance feedback, growth opportunities, and clear expectations.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, support new business efforts, and contribute to the strategic direction of both practices.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, analytics, performance marketing, or related disciplines; agency experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise across major paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Google, programmatic, etc.) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, or equivalents)
- Proven track record managing paid media and measurement programs across multiple industries
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies, A/B testing frameworks, and full-funnel measurement
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience

- Total Compensation: $122,000 per year
