We are partnering with a high-growth media-tech company that is building its presence in the US market and is looking to hire a senior Media Sales Director to lead enterprise revenue growth and strategic advertiser partnerships.

The role will focus on driving advertising and media sales across brands, agencies, and performance marketing clients, while helping establish the company’s commercial footprint in the US. The role will be hired on a year long contract.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale media sales revenue across enterprise advertisers, agencies, and strategic accounts in the US
  • Develop relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, trading desks, and performance marketing teams
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing partnerships
  • Work closely with product, ad-operations, and leadership teams to shape GTM strategy for the US market
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, and account growth
  • Create category-specific strategies across sectors such as consumer-tech, ecommerce, fintech, gaming, mobility, etc.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and advertiser events
  • Build and mentor an initial sales team as the US business scales


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–18 years of experience in media sales / digital advertising sales / ad-tech sales
  • Strong network across advertisers and media agencies in the US market
  • Experience working with digital media, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, creator/media platforms, or ad-tech ecosystems
  • Prior experience with companies in ad-tech, martech, media-tech, OTT, digital publishing, retail media, or large internet platforms would be preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand advertising, performance campaigns, audience targeting, and media measurement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new markets or scaling new business verticals
