Requirements

Proven experience in SaaS marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Demonstrated success in lead generation and MQL management

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Rebuild and lead the marketing team, establishing clear processes and performance metrics
Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives
Create short-term and long-term marketing roadmaps, incorporating innovative tactics
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to capture demand and maximize growth
Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on marketing performance and strategic initiatives
