The Mission

We are looking for a high-impact, results-driven National Sales Director to lead and aggressively scale our US business. This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role. A driver role. A deal-maker role.

You will own the commercial trajectory of EX NIHILO in the Americas and turn strong momentum into market leadership!

Your Role

Directly reporting to the GM Americas, the founders and working closely with global leadership, you will:

. Drive Hyper-Growth
. Own and deliver the US sales strategy with a clear ambition: build a $50M+ business in the coming years
. Accelerate sell-in & sell-out across key accounts (Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, independents)
. Maximize productivity per door, per SKU, per activation
. Win Key Accounts
. Be the face of EX NIHILO with top retailers
. Negotiate, close, and expand strategic partnerships
. Drive visibility, animations, and commercial impact in-store
. Lead from the Front
. Build, structure, and lead a high-performing US salesorganization
. Recruit and develop top-tier talent (regional managers, account executives)
. Instill a performance culture driven by KPIs, ownership, and execution
. Execute Relentlessly
. Track performance daily: sell-out, rankings, productivity, ROI ofactivations
. Push teams and partners to deliver, no complacency
. Ensure flawless execution across all doors
. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
. Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, Supply & Finance
. Align on launches, forecasts, stock allocation, and visibility
. Be a key voice in shaping the global commercial strategy

Who We Are Looking For

This role is for top 1% performers only.

You are:

. A proven sales leader in luxury fragrance / beauty / high-end retail
. Coming from brands such as Parfums de Marly, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Byredo, Creed, Le Labo, Tom Ford Beauty, La Mer, Jo Malone…
. With 10+ years experience, including senior leadership in the US market
. A builder: you have scaled brands, opened doors, grown accounts fast
. A closer: you know how to win deals and make things happen
. A driver: high energy, high standards, strong execution mindset
. A leader: you attract talent, inspire teams, and demand excellence
. Deeply connected within the US retail ecosystem

Executive Exposure & Governance

. Ability to operate at senior executive level in a high-performance environment, with direct exposure and reporting to the investment fund, the GM Americas, and the founders
. Comfortable navigating a high-stakes governance environment, with strong expectations on clarity, reporting, and delivery
