Content Creator (Georgetown)

Job Description
A Fortune 100 automotive company is seeking Content Creator to design and develop engaging, effective eLearning content for their body-manufacturing division. This role will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling training modules. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to be converted.

Other responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and maintain the learning modules, collaborate with the SME's
- Pulling reports and creating Power BI dashboard for data visualization
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective learning experiences for Body PE team
- Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, voice-over scripts, and assessments - Ensure courses are compatible with the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree (Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field preferred)
· Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline
· 2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training content
· Experience working with LMS platforms
