Job Description:

Must be US - Mechanical / Electrical engineering graduate

Must have experience in electro-mechanical diagnostics equipment

Minimum 10 years of technical writing experience.

* Experience with or a clear understanding of content management tools and practices is preferred.

* Proven record of learning various software applications and tools in an efficient manner.

* Comfortable in a hybrid work environment that requires onsite work as needed.

Writes, edits, organizes, and simplifies complex technical information (e. g., installation instructions, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, service procedures, and product update instructions) for service personnel.

Uses multiple software applications and databases to create, maintain, distribute, and archive content.
* Works directly with subject matter experts to proactively gather information, create content, and obtain approvals using strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
* Manages all aspects of service documentation administration and delivery, including change management and document control.
* Balances concurrent, long-term deliverables while supporting numerous short-term projects.
* Leads and manages technical documentation projects.
* Participates in in-person laboratory sessions as needed to create and test content.
