About the Role
We are hiring an

experienced Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

to support a fast-growing media company in the Port St. Lucie area.

This is a

client-facing, field-based role

where you’ll travel locally to capture high-quality listing media for residential properties.

This role is best suited for candidates who already have real estate photography experience and understand composition, lighting, and shooting interiors.

If you’re confident shooting homes, enjoy working independently, and want consistent freelance work, this is a strong opportunity to grow with an expanding company.

What You’ll Do
Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
Capture

high-quality interior and exterior real estate photography
Film property walkthroughs and lifestyle video content (as needed)
Deliver a professional, polished client experience on-site
Upload media files after each shoot (

no editing required

)
Expand into additional services like

drone and video production
Typical workload:

2–4 properties per day

Schedule & Availability
15–20 hours per week to start
Must be available at least

3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Most shoots scheduled between

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Opportunity for increased hours as volume grows

Compensation
This is a

per-project 1099 contractor role

.
Photos Only:

$100 per property
Photos + Aerials:

$125 per property
Full Package (Photos + Aerials + Zillow Tour):

$150 per property
Higher earnings available

as you take on more services and volume.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Prior real estate photography experience is required
Strong understanding of

interior composition, lighting, and shooting spaces
Portfolio or sample work demonstrating real estate photography
FAA Part 107 drone license

is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Professional and confident working with clients on-site
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
