About the Bank
We are working with a highly respected community bank ($1 billion in assets) just outside the Kansas City metro area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee two loan officers, each with under 8 years of experience, managing a combined portfolio of $100 million.
- Grow and build a personal book of business.
- Mentor and develop lenders, particularly in credit and business development.
- Act as an active producer and drive new relationships.
Compensation
