Are you a graphic designer or marketing maven with a passion for architecture that's as sturdy as our blueprints? If you've got a knack elevating hand drawn sketches and floor plans into enticing graphics, our firm is somewhere you might want to be. Our architecture firm is seeking a creative graphic designer. From assisting in creating design packages for clients to quarterly newsletter development, you can be a key part of our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
32-40 hours per week
Cultivate exceptional graphic design output
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials in Adobe INDESIGN and PHOTOSHOP
Assist with and coordinate responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals(RFPs)
Develop and edit firm project qualification handouts
Compose and edit professional correspondence, project descriptions, resumes, press releases and other marketing materials for publications.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interface with staff at all levels of the organization as well as clients and partners.
Provide regular updates to the firm’s website
Assist with coordination of company special events

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design or marketing
Experience with an Architectural, Landscape Architectural or Design firm is a plus
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a graphic design role with degree or 3-5 years of relevant A/E/C experience without a degree.
Proficiency with desktop publishing software - Adobe Creative Suite REQUIRED.
Proficiency with word processing software (MS Office Suite REQUIRED)
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and graphic skills
Organization and time management skills, including an ability to manage and prioritize competing assignments on time.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
