Summary
The Boutique Director acts as an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for developing and optimizing boutique operations while leading and motivating the team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client service. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profit potential, building local clientele, and ensuring high standards of presentation and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Drive boutique sales and monitor KPIs, implement action plans to meet Maison and boutique targets.
Develop and cultivate local and high-value clientele, providing expert product knowledge and Maison history.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and expand the CRM database through outreach and events.
Plan and participate in PR and marketing events to enhance boutique presence and client relationships.
Coach, train, and motivate the boutique team, conduct KPI follow-ups and development plans.
Prepare regular reports and analyses (sales, customer analysis, commission, NPS) and manage boutique operations, budgets, and compliance.
Requirements
College degree preferred and 5+ years in a management role, ideally with watches or high-value luxury products.
Proven track record in sales leadership, strong understanding of customer service and local market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus; additional language skills are advantageous.
Self-starter with a team-player approach and availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
