About the Role
We’re hiring a

friendly, reliable, and service-driven professional

to become the

Coastal Territory Lead

for our growing real estate media team.
This is more than a photography role—you’ll be the

primary face of our brand

in the coastal market. You’ll work directly with real estate agents, capture listing media, and help build strong relationships that drive long-term growth in the area.
No extensive photography experience is required. We provide full training and prioritize

personality, professionalism, and relationship-building skills

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role combines three key areas:
Media Production
Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
Capture interior & exterior listing media using a structured process
Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Upload media after each shoot (

no editing required

)
Client Experience
Represent the company professionally with agents and homeowners
Communicate clearly and confidently on-site
Create a smooth, friendly, and high-quality client experience
Territory Growth & Relationships
Build strong relationships with local real estate agents
Generate repeat business and referrals through great service
Support long-term growth of the coastal territory
Occasionally engage with the local real estate community

Schedule & Availability
Monday–Friday availability preferred
Approximately

10–20 hours per week

(room to grow)
Daytime hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Travel within Galveston, League City, Texas City & surrounding areas
Flexibility and reliability are essential

Compensation & Growth
Paid training:

$20/hour
Standard shoots:

$30/hour
Mileage reimbursement:

$0.40/mile
Bonus opportunities

Delivering consistent, high-quality service on every shoot
Building trust with agents and homeowners
Receiving positive feedback and repeat bookings
Becoming confident representing the brand independently

Comfortable working independently in the field
Interested in relationship-building and local growth
Enjoys creative work (photo/video)
Photography experience is a plus—but

not required

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If You:

Prefer full creative control over structured processes
