Career Opportunity: Talent Strategy & Performance Lead with Clark Schaefer Hackett in Dayton, OH

Full-Time | Hybrid

Ready to shape how an organization grows and develops its people? This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior leadership to build and execute a firmwide talent strategy—from attracting top talent to developing and retaining high performers.

You’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution—designing programs from the ground up, implementing them in meaningful ways, and seeing the direct impact across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to build and execute a firmwide talent strategy
Design and implement programs across the full employee lifecycle
Lead high-potential and leadership development initiatives
Build scalable systems that support managers and teams
Use data and insights to continuously improve talent development

Qualifications
Experience building and executing talent strategy across the employee lifecycle
