Office In America Co. is a Houston-based business center (started in 2014) offering professional virtual office solutions in a high-rise setting. Our mission is to help small businesses grow with a credible business address, receptionist support, meeting spaces, and strategic branding presence. We are now hiring a strategic and versatile team member who can manage office operations and most importantly take our digital marketing to the next level—

without relying on paid ads.

Role Overview
This position is ideal for a resourceful individual who thrives in a dual-role environment. You will be the first point of contact at our office while also leading our efforts in content-based, organic online marketing. The goal is to drive measurable increases in customer acquisition through quality digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Coordination (30%)
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism
Answer phone calls and manage inbound inquiries
Oversee mail handling and general office upkeep
Coordinate coffee, hospitality, and vendor needs
Organic Digital Marketing (70%)
Maintain and improve our company website and social media presence (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, etc.)
QAQC digital content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
Track and interpret key performance metrics (site traffic, inquiries, engagement)
Use insights to revise content strategy and increase lead generation
Create and propose content ideas that connect with our target audience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with measurable results
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress/Wix, and social media management tools
Video editing or reel creation
Graphic design proficiency
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience in small business, coworking, or service-driven environments
Ability to operate independently while managing multiple responsibilities

Bonus Skills (Not a requirement)
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
