in Miami’s Design District is seeking a dynamic

Food & Beverage Director

to lead operational strategy, service standards, and guest experience across multiple outlets. This role offers an opportunity to shape the property’s

F&B identity

and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to deliver a cohesive and elevated hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations for all

F&B outlets, bars, events, and in-room dining
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure a

unified culinary and service vision
Develop SOPs, training programs, and service standards for FOH teams
Lead a team of

50+ FOH employees , fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Drive

beverage program innovation

and manage vendor relationships
Optimize program profitability through strategic partnerships and cost control
Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall

financial performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience managing

multi-outlet F&B operations

in luxury hotels or resorts
Proven success in

beverage program development

and vendor negotiations
Hands-on leadership approach with a passion for mentoring large FOH teams
Highly organized, operationally focused, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Creative, guest-centric mindset with a strong eye for service excellence
