Large Format Graphics Installer Job at SpeedPro of Greater Atlanta in Atlanta

At SpeedPro Greater Atlanta, installation isn't the last step -- it's the moment the work comes to life. We're looking for a skilled, detail-obsessed lead installer who takes pride in a clean edge, a perfect seam, and a client who can't stop smiling at the finished result.

This is a career-level role with room to grow, not a revolving door. You'll work alongside a tight-knit creative and production team, represent us directly on client sites across the Atlanta metro, and have a real say in how we continue to raise the bar on quality.

What You'll Do

Conduct site surveys to verify measurements and flag any surface conditions before materials arrive

Install graphics on flat interior and exterior surfaces: walls, windows, floors, ceilings, and more

Execute commercial vehicle wraps (partial and full) with precision cutting, heat application, and proper adherence techniques -- no color changes

Serve as the professional, client-facing point of contact on every job site, communicating clearly about timelines, process, and outcomes

Document completed work with photos and provide thorough job closeouts

Support production (taping, weeding, masking, and order fulfillment) when not in the field

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience installing large format graphics: wall murals, window film, ADA signage, vehicle lettering, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery)

Proficiency in vinyl production: taping, weeding, and masking

A problem-solver who owns the job from setup to final photo and doesn't need to be told twice

Professional presence and strong communication skills -- you'll represent SpeedPro directly with clients on site

Ability to lift 30 lbs and handle the physical demands of both indoor and outdoor installation work
