The Engagement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Cloud, Application, and Data Modernization program and serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes. This role ensures smooth coordination across teams, manages client expectations, and drives successful execution across all tracks—Cloud Infrastructure, Application Modernization, and Data Platform transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full engagement lifecycle, manage cross‑functional workstreams, run program ceremonies, and maintain alignment across Cloud, App, and Data tracks.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the single point of contact for client leadership; manage expectations, communication, risks, decisions, and escalations.
Planning & Delivery Oversight
Own integrated project planning, milestones, dependencies, and timelines; ensure on‑time and quality delivery across technical teams.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Maintain RAID logs, drive mitigation actions, manage scope changes, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Team Enablement & Coordination
Coordinate architects, engineers, developers, data specialists, and SMEs; ensure inter‑track dependencies are accounted for and resolved.
Track budgets, effort burn, SOW compliance, deliverable acceptance, and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
Provide weekly status reports, dashboards, executive updates, and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.
Customer Success & Adoption Support
Ensure client readiness for modernized platforms, coordinate UAT, transition, and handover activities, and drive stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing cloud transformation, data modernization, or large multi‑track IT programs
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud, data engineering practices, and application modernization patterns
- Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall)
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑team coordination skills
