Senior Director, Content & Creative Services
The Senior Director, Content & Creative Services leads the development, delivery, and governance of marketing content and creative assets that shape how isolved shows up across the market. This role oversees both the brand content strategy and creative execution—from campaign messaging to visual identity—ensuring consistency, clarity, and effectiveness across channels. The Senior Director works cross‑functionally to ensure content and creative services support the full customer journey while meeting business objectives.
Core Job Duties
- Oversee content strategy and creative services to support campaigns, events, brand initiatives, and internal needs
- Ensure message consistency and brand alignment across written, visual, and multimedia content
- Manage editorial calendars, content pipelines, and creative work intake processes
- Supervise development of marketing copy, campaign messaging, blogs, eBooks, customer stories, videos, and visual assets
- Establish scalable processes for content production, version control, reviews, and approvals
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing teams to deliver content aligned to business goals
- Lead ideation, execution, and delivery of creative campaigns and branded experiences
- Set clear standards and governance for content voice, tone, brand visuals, and usage rights
- Use performance data to measure content effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Mentor and develop a team of content and creative professionals
- Manage agency relationships and external contributors as needed
- Own and track content and creative services budgets
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, creative services, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, including team management and cross‑functional collaboration
- Strong portfolio of leading content and creative programs that supported brand, demand, or partner growth
- Proven experience managing editorial and creative processes in a matrixed environment
- Expertise in content governance, version control, brand voice, and marketing asset development
- Experience using marketing and content tools (e.g., CMS, project management, Adobe Creative Suite, DAM)
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
