What You’ll Do
Own the Full Cycle: This is not an inbound-only role. Be the CEO of your book of business and own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from self-sourced outbound prospecting and inbound conversion through discovery, negotiation, and close.
Drive Deals: Run discovery, value presentations and custom demos, POCs, navigating legal, and proving ROI to multi-stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs).
Methodology: Work with leadership to continuously refine the sales methodology by codifying learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as we scale.
Learn & Educate: SMB buyers are often discovering AI-powered CRO for the first time. Your job is to be a subject‑matter expert and show how AI can help with their business objectives — and make it easy to buy.
Partner with Engineering: Collaborate cross‑functionally with our Research and Product teams to feed market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the roadmap.
You May Be A Fit If
2+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales (AI or MarTech bonus) with a history of exceeding quotas. Previous experience in tech or SaaS is required; experience in another industry does not substitute.
Value-Based Seller: You can sell value, not just features and benefits. You know how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes and de‑risking company initiatives.
Master of Discovery: You are an expert at uncovering business goals, translating those to technical needs, and articulating how AI technology can drive revenue and de‑risk existing company initiatives.
The “Builder” Mentality: You aren’t just looking for a “plug-and-play” role. You are excited to create systems from the ground up and help codify best practices in an evolving market.
Multi‑Stakeholder Expert: You know how to sell differently to end‑users and managers vs executives and decision‑makers.
Coachable Builder: You’re early enough in your career to be moldable, and scrappy enough to thrive in an environment without a fully defined playbook.
Bonus Points
Deep Curiosity: You have a passion for artificial intelligence and are excited to educate customers on how AI agents will redefine their growth strategies.
High Agency Saleshuman: You are entrepreneurial and have built a project or worked on a startup in the past.
Compensation
$150,000 – $250,000 OTE
Equity: Meaningful early‑stage equity
Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
