Role Responsibilities

Apply strong knowledge of narrative structure, character development, and style.

Provide editing, critique, and constructive feedback to enhance AI content output.

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to align literary artistry with technical development.

Requirements

Strong professional experience

writing and publishing short stories.

Strong portfolio of published work in

literary journals, anthologies, or digital platforms .

Deep understanding of

narrative structure, pacing, and voice .

Excellent critique and editorial skills.

Background or advanced degree in

creative writing, literature, or related field

is a plus.
