Third Street Digital is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking SEO/AEO/GEO Leader to expand our organic search offerings. This role sits at the center of our SEO approach and requires someone with deep expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, AEO, and GEO, paired with the ability to translate evolving search trends into clear, actionable guidance.
You will shape Third Street’s SEO and GEO points of view, evaluate client opportunities, lead audits, support proposals, and develop strategies that our SEO contractors will execute. This role will focus on steering the strategy, assigning work, overseeing quality, and bringing clarity to a rapidly changing space.

SEO Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and own Third Street Digital’s SEO point of view, including frameworks, offerings, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead SEO/AEO/GEO audits, evaluate client opportunities, and support the development of high-quality strategies and proposals.
- Guide the integration of SEO/AEO/GEO across broader digital strategies, partnering closely with media, content, analytics, and account teams.
- Stay actively informed on industry changes like AEO, GEO, SGE, multimodal search, structured data, and emerging platform capabilities.
Project Oversight & Execution Management
- Translate strategy intoclear, prioritized action plansfor our SEO contractorpartners.
- Assign work, clarify deliverables, and ensure execution aligns with strategy, quality standards, and client goals.
- Monitor performance, track progress, and identify optimization opportunities across client engagements.
- Evolve and refine SEO/AEO/GEO workflows, processes, and documentation to strengthen consistency and scale.
Client Communication & Partnership
- Present audit findings, strategy recommendations, performance insights, and AEO/GEO implications in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Provide ongoing client-facing updates in partnership with account teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert who can connect SEO work to meaningful business outcomes.
Internal & External Education
- Lead internal trainings, share updates, and create POVs that help the Third Street team stay ahead of changing search behavior.
- Educate clients on modern search trends and how AEO/GEO, technical SEO, and content strategy impact their visibility.
- Serve as an internal champion for SEO/AEO/GEO, helping elevate organic search across accounts and departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience across technical SEO and content SEO in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of AEO, GEO, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Experience conducting audits, creating strategies, and guiding execution across multiple channels or partners.
- Comfort overseeing work from contractors/SEO specialists and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain SEO to non-experts in a human, approachable way.
