About the Role
We’re seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Social & Creative Manager to lead the vision, execution, and growth of our brand across digital and retail channels. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role — you’ll blend brand storytelling, content production, influencer strategy, and creative direction into one cohesive engine. This role owns the brand’s voice, visual identity, and content ecosystem across retail and foodservice channels, ensuring marketing supports both in-store sell-through and B2B growth. You will translate business goals into campaigns that build awareness, drive retail velocity, and strengthen brand equity.

What You’ll Own
Brand & Creative Strategy

Develop and maintain brand voice, visual identity, and creative direction

Build seasonal and evergreen campaign concepts from ideation to execution, including messaging frameworks and cross-channel rollout strategy

Create moodboards, creative briefs, brand decks, and shot lists; ensure brand consistency across packaging, email, retail signage, and social

Manage website content updates including homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional messaging (light Shopify skills for website support)

Own platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and retail promotions

Develop high-performing short-form video concepts, write optimized captions and copy designed for engagement and conversion

Track organic social performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on platform insights; collaborate with paid media team on boosted content

Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships with detailed briefs aligned with product and retail goals

Track deliverables, ROI, and usage rights; build long-term ambassador relationships

Repurpose creator content across organic and paid channels

Creative Production & Retail Support

Direct product photography and video shoots; maintain elevated visual standards aligned with brand positioning

Support retail launches with in-store messaging, shelf talkers, neck tags, and promotional materials

Light e-commerce work with Klaviyo to support email campaigns aligned with retail pushes and product launches

Qualifications

3–5+ years in social media, brand marketing, or creative strategy

Strong understanding of brand storytelling and performance analytics

Experience managing influencer partnerships and paid usage rights

Excellent copywriting skills across platforms

Highly organized with strong project management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or wellness brands

Understanding of retail marketing dynamics, sell-through strategy, and omnichannel brand positioning

Skills & Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Figma for content and brand asset development

Strong working knowledge of AI tools for ideation and workflow efficiency; experience with Claude and/or Gemini Pro is a plus

Light e-commerce and email experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, segmentation, reporting)

Light Shopify experience for website content support (product listings, banners, pop-ups)

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 commensurate with experience
