This role is Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite in Port Washington, NY
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Brand Creative Director to lead and elevate the overall creative vision of a growing consumer brand. This person will oversee global creative direction across packaging, branding, digital content, retail merchandising, campaigns, and promotional initiatives while ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong consumer brand experience, exceptional creative instincts, and the ability to lead high‑performing creative teams while partnering cross‑functionally across marketing, e‑commerce, product, retail, and PR.

Global creative direction and brand expression

Packaging design and branding

Digital creative and content development

Campaign strategy and execution

Retail merchandising and promotional materials

Streaming TV and digital campaign creative

Vendor, production, and agency management

Team leadership and creative operations

Background within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or consumer products preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
