Job Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in packaging and print, who can also support high-volume digital design needs across our marketing channels.

This role is primarily executional and production-focused, with a heavy emphasis on accuracy, speed, and consistency. You’ll work closely under our Design Director, supporting both print (labels, packaging) and digital (Meta ads, Amazon, site assets) to ensure all creative is on-brand and production-ready.

Duties

Design and update product labels and packaging (including dyelines, bleeds, and print-ready files)

Execute layout for catalogs, inserts, and printed materials

Prepare and deliver production-ready files for printers and vendors

Ensure accuracy across all files (dimensions, spacing, regulatory copy, etc.)

Adapt and resize existing designs across formats

Support additional graphic design needs across print and digital

Support concept development for new packaging and creative projects as needed

Design and iterate digital assets across paid media (Meta), Amazon listings, and web

Produce high-volume creative variations to support testing and performance marketing

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print or packaging

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Experience preparing files for print production

Experience working with packaging or CPG brands is a plus

Labels and packaging are delivered accurately and on time

Files are consistently print-ready with minimal revisions

Digital assets are produced quickly and efficiently for marketing needs

Projects move quickly without bottlenecks

Design output is clean, consistent, and aligned with brand direction

Occasional contributions to packaging concepts that elevate the brand

Nice to Have

Experience in beauty, wellness, or CPG brands

Familiarity with regulatory or supplement labeling requirements

Experience with performance creative (Meta, TikTok, Amazon)

Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects or similar)

Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., image generation, creative automation) and an interest in staying current with emerging tools and workflows
