What You’ll Do
Conduct regional sales calls through visits, correspondence, telephone, and email
Monitor and manage sales/market conditions within the assigned sales territory
Maintain relationships with regional Business Aviation organizations
Develop and maintain relationships with aviation OEMs, suppliers, brokers, and vendors to increase knowledge of aircraft maintenance and repairs
Work closely with the Avionics, Engine, and Modification Sales Managers to develop proposals and project schedules
Interact with the Quoting Department to accurately develop airframe proposals
Expand sales within the assigned territory with a particular focus on Airframe business
Manage territory and pipeline data in Salesforce.com
Manage expenses within the budget
Perform other duties as required by the Sales Director
Position Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of five years of aviation (MRO) inside/outside sales or a technical background
Position resides and works out of the SW/Central region
Ability to travel at a minimum 50% of the time
Corporate aviation experience required
Have a current and valid driver’s license
Have a valid passport
Preferred Characteristics
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Assertive, high energy, and self‑motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally in Salesforce
