Main Responsibilities include:

Client Care & Services : Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
Studio Operations : Sanitation, check-in/out, team support, studio upkeep
Professional Growth : Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards
Requirements include:

Must-Haves : Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends,

previous lash experience (required)
Nice-to-Haves : Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience
Soft Skills : Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
