Digital Transformation Strategist

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, operations, software development, or mission‑focused technology solutions roles
Experience with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with designing workflows, integrating technologies, or program or project management
Experience as a leader working directly with operational teams or senior stakeholders
Experience supporting proposals
Ability to transform complex workflows into user‑friendly applications
Ability to take a customer need, ask the right questions to understand the “why,” and ensure the product meets the actual need
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with coding languages such as Python, SQL, or R
Experience with military or defense operations, including SOCOM‑related or DoD Experience
Experience serving as a Product Owner
Experience testing software or products
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in operational contexts
Agile, Scrum, or Product Management Certifications

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
