Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Lead demand generationefforts for North America(NA)focused onacquiringnew marketing-qualified (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) alignedwithDickson’s targetmarkets.
Planandexecute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support pipelinedevelopmentacross digital, trade,websiteand othertactics.
Translateaudienceandsegmentinsights into compelling messagingthat informsAEO, SEO and other marketing strategies,helping toincrease brand visibility and diversifydemand sources.
ManageHubSpot and Salesforceleadflow with Marketing and Sale teamstoimprove campaign performanceand funnel outcomes.
Manage development and implementation of integratedmarketingprogramsfor the regionincludingacquisition andretentioncampaigns,webinarplanning and implementation, tradeshowsandnew product introductions.
Leadwebsitedevelopmenteffortstodeliver a best-in-classdigital experience, improving traffic quality, UX, engagement,conversionsandecommercegrowth.
Manage contentcreationwith internal and external teams,including messaging andcopyfor blogs, videos, landingpagesandotherassets to drive awareness and demand generationwithin the region.
OwnthedevelopmentandexecutionofeffectiveNApaid marketingstrategiesincluding PPC/search, tradeadvertisingand other digital opportunities.
Proactivelymonitorchannelimpactandrecommendtargetingadjustments,testingandmessagingto maximize ROI and lead quality.
SEO Growth
Support SEO strategy and executionfor NAin partnership with internal and externalpartnersto increase organic traffic and inboundengagement.
Identifycontent, keywords, and on-siteenhancementsfor North Americatosupport long-term organic growth.
Proactivelyutilizeperformance data tohelpprioritize SEO initiatives that directly contribute toNAgrowthgoals, including those maximizing AEO impact.
Marketing AnalyticsandReporting
Ensure programs andcampaigns are properly tracked, measured, andoptimizedusing HubSpot,Salesforce,WooCommerceandotherplatforms.
Define KPIs andproactively report onfunneland channelperformance, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, andrevenue attribution.
Proactively recommend and deliver clear, actionablemarketing strategies based on insights,workingwith a sense of urgency to follow-up and ensuretimelyexecution ofdeliverables.
Continuously test, learn, andoptimizecampaigns based onanalyticsand market feedback.
Collaborateclosely withthe globalMarketing team,Sales, Product Marketing,and other functional areasto ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence.
Actively manageinternal and partnerworkstreams to ensuretimelines, deliverables and performance expectations are met,andapply insights to improve program outcomes.
Support marketing planningandforecastingincludingdevelopment ofROI assumptionsforNA growthinitiatives.
Required Skills
Provenexpertisein demand generation and integrated campaign development, including hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and other performance tools.
Website management experienceacrossUX, navigationarchitectureand content optimizationstrategies,preferablyleveragingAI-driven insights togenerateengagementandimpact.
Background in effectivelymanaging paid media programssuch asPPC/search, digital advertising,andtrade media.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies.
Excellent project management skills with theability toeffectivelylead planningprocess,anticipateneedsandensuretimelyexecution of work.
Strong communication, collaboration,prioritizationand stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Approximately5 years of experience inademandgeneration, digitalmarketingor campaign-focused marketing role, preferably in B2B environments.
Excellent project management,communicationand interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated,curiosity-driven, with aneagerness to learnand continuously improve skills and professional impact.
Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation andbusinessgrowth.
Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
