Are you passionate about shaping the future of mobility, brand experience, and human-centered design?

We’re looking for an Experience Design Strategist to help define next-generation customer experiences across vehicle, digital, and brand ecosystems. This role blends strategy, research, storytelling, and concept development to uncover emerging customer needs and translate them into compelling future mobility experiences.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, innovation, technology, and consumer insight — partnering with multidisciplinary teams to influence future vehicle concepts and connected experiences.

What You’ll Do
Future Trends & Consumer Insights

Research emerging customer behaviors, lifestyle shifts, mobility trends, and technology innovations

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, surveys, ethnography, clinics, and trend analysis

Use AI tools and modern research methodologies to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights

Develop compelling narratives and presentations that influence future product direction

Experience Strategy & Concept Development

Create forward-thinking experience strategies that strengthen brand and product competitiveness

Collaborate with Product Planning, Engineering, UX, and Design teams to define integrated physical and digital experiences

Help shape future vehicle concepts, features, services, and ecosystem experiences

Translate research findings into strategic opportunities and innovative customer journeys

Visualization & Storytelling

Bring concepts to life through visual storytelling, motion graphics, XR/VR/AR experiences, and digital prototypes

Support concept visualization using 2D/3D tools, video, and interactive experiences

Partner with visualization and prototype teams to develop immersive concept demonstrations

What We’re Looking For
Experience

5+ years of experience in:

Experience Strategy

UX Research

Brand Strategy

Consumer Insights

Product Planning

Market Research

Experience leading strategic initiatives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments

Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Technical & Creative Tools

Advanced storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint is heavily used)

Experience with tools such as:

Figma

Blender or similar 3D visualization tools

Qualtrics / SurveyMonkey

Familiarity with AI-powered creative and research tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, or Copilot
