Technical / Functional Skills

Strong hands‑on experience in Java 8 to Java 21 migration projects

Expertise in Java 17/21 features and compatibility remediation

Experience with Oracle WebLogic 12c to 14c migration

Strong understanding of Jakarta EE migration (javax.* → jakarta.*)

Experience with Oracle ADF 12c / ADF Faces / ADF Business Components

Experience upgrading and validating Jersey REST services (1.x/2.x → 3.x+)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployment and troubleshooting

Experience with GraalVM and Java runtime optimization

TLS 1.2/1.3 implementation and certificate troubleshooting

JVM tuning (G1GC/ZGC)

Experience with enterprise integration patterns: REST, SOAP, SFTP, DB‑to‑DB, Content Management integrations, Quartz Scheduler upgrade/remediation, strong API integration troubleshooting skills

Collaborate with QA, Infra, Security, and Business teams

Provide production deployment and hyper‑care support

Conduct code remediation assessments

Create migration design documents

Support defect resolution during UAT

Provide risk assessments for legacy components

Coordinate with Oracle/WebLogic support teams if required
