Pay or shift range: $65,000 to $75,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Overview
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides programmatic and clinical leadership for a Housing Works supportive housing program. The PC is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising case management staff, maintaining high-quality resident-centered services, and supporting housing stability outcomes. The role balances clinical oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and operational coordination in alignment with Housing Works’ mission, values, and applicable funder requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of all programmatic and clinical operations to ensure compliance with applicable funder regulations, agency policies, and best practices in supportive housing.
Secondary Responsibilities
Provide documented supervision and professional development to Housing Case Managers and related program staff.
Supervision: Documented weekly supervisions with direct reports.
Compliance: 100% of assessments, reassessments, and service plans reviewed and approved within 14 days.
Budget Adherence: Staying within budget while maintaining service quality; effectively manage staff scheduling and coverage.
Requirements
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Additional credentials (CASAC, bilingual proficiency, etc.) may be preferred based on program needs.

Masters or better in Social Work.
