divh2Insurance Marketing Representative for Commercial Lines/h2pSouthPoint Risk, a member of Correll Insurance Group has an immediate need for an Insurance Marketing Representative for Commercial Lines at our office in Nashville, TN./ph3Job Summary:/h3pThe Insurance Marketing Representative provides the marketing service necessary to obtain property and casualty quotes on new and renewal accounts allowing the Producer to focus on selling and maintaining his/her relationship with the client. Working directly with the insurance carriers to submit required applications, documents, etc to obtain accurate quotes. This position is for marketing at all locations and is part of our Centralized Marketing Unit./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliReview and analyze submissions received from Producers or Sales Coordinator/liliEvaluate and select appropriate carriers to submit for marketing/liliCoordinate with Producers and Underwriters required information necessary to obtain quotes/liliDevelop marketing strategy in partnership with Producer and identify account specific goals or desired outcomes/liliUse organization skills to maintain a structured timeline and make adjustments as necessary for each account. ImageRight is the program used at SouthPoint Risk for content management/liliKeep Producers informed of the marketing status and immediately involve them if a problem arises/liliPrepare formal Proposals/liliBind coverage for accepted quotes/liliUpdate Agency Management System/Content Management System with all marketing information so the account manager can transition into managing the account without delay/liliDevelop and maintain marketing relationship with appropriate company personnel/liliKeep carrier databases as quick references and maintain the databases with up-to-date marketing information/liliCompliance with applicable laws that avoids potential errors and omissions/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications and Experience:/h3ulliTennessee Property
